1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. If you’re in a remote location, your order may take a little longer, but we’ll still get it to you.


2. When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.


3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re here to help! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item at syndicates1111@gmail.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We currently accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking. All payments are processed securely.


7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation or change. Just email us at syndicates1111@gmail.com as soon as possible.
